WHAT IS EXACTLY THE DEFINITION OF BULLYING?

bullying help support for victims and aggressors
Bullying is essentially an unwanted, repeated and any type of aggressive behaviour that involves a lack of support for the victims. It can be psychological that includes threats or insults; physical violence including sexual, and it involves power imbalance dynamics where the victim or target is left defenceless and does not receive any support. This type of behaviour can happen at home among siblings, in the couple, in the nursery, in the school, college, university, in the public or in the work context, in friendships or collegial relationships.
THE STATE OF SUPPORT FOR VICTIMS AND AGGRESSORS IN THE SOCIETY NOW
Despite the fact that there are many organisations that aim to prevent and stop bullying behaviours, there are still serious gaps in the societal support system that should be available to victims, who then suffer at the hands of perpetrators some of whom consciously and deliberately exploit this flawed system. The poorly supported or entirely unsupported victims then suffer from stress related and mood disorders. The newspaper articles and youtube channels continue to share the ordeal the victims go through and this suggests the flawed or a lack of solid support available out there.
IMPACT OF BULLYING ON THE TARGET OR VICTIMS
The research on the effects of bullying behaviours reliably indicates that the victims and the targets are feeling isolated and unsupported by often clueless family members and friends, or colleagues and managerial staff that tends to turn a blind eye to. The affected victims or targets then tend to suffer from low confidence, stress related disorders such as generalised anxiety disorder, trauma or postraumatic stress disorders, mood disorders with depression and suicidal thoughts.
CONTACT FOR BULLIED VICTIMS AND AGGRESSORS
My passion and campaign against bullying behaviours comes from writing, researching and interviewing bullied victims that I encapsulated in my doctorate thesis on support experienced in relation to bullying in the work context. I provide objective and effective support to victims but also to perpetrators who have issues with anger or aggression through anger management techniques. If you are the aggressor or a victim of bullying whether it be in the work context, school context (students rate is £50 per hour) or home environment and if you target someone or feel targeted by your spouse, colleague, management or friend, please do not hesitate to contact me to schedule an appointment for support by calling or texting me on Leona Sears on 07 505 124 933.
