SUMMARY OF ANGER MANAGEMENT SESSIONS FOR PERPETRATORS OR VICTIMS OF ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
The service at Anger Therapy London is suitable for angry men and women who are in a couple, single, married or in relationship and have anger management issues, are perpetrators of domestic violence or have run into difficulties with law, police or social service. The sessions encompass an ongoing assessment to identify causes of your anger management issues, communication style is assessed, it also comprises counselling and provision of anger management tools and a short handouts. Follow up session review progress of the anger management skills practice at home and at the end of the course clients can be provided with a short report and a letter of completion. The sessions are carried out in private practice that is based 4 minutes walking distance from Marble Arch Tube Station, formerly based in Oxford Circus, it is comfortable, friendly, non-judgemental and confidential and the aim is to help you meet your goals and help with anger management issues. If you are a victim of domestic violence counselling support is also available and the focus will also be be on acquisition of acquisition of anger management skills, emotional robustness, support with emotional difficulties and help with rebuilding your confidence.
